We are a new boutique law firm providing regulatory, transactional, and general corporate legal services to U.S. and non-U.S. asset managers, banking and other financial institutions, and publicly and privately owned businesses.

Although we represent several large institutions, most of our clients are mid-sized and smaller firms that require sophisticated legal advice but are especially sensitive to the amounts paid for legal services.
